Delivery info

Standard delivery time frames have been affected nationally by the Covid-19 crisis. Some orders are taking up to 14 days to be delivered via courier or Australia Post.

If your postcode indicates you are close to one of our physical stores you will be given an option during check out to pick up your order from a store. Select which store is preferable to you and your order will be sent there over the next few days. You will be notified via phone call or SMS when it is ready to collect. There are no delivery fees associated with Click and Collect orders.

All orders are managed through Shippit, our freight partner. Your shipping confirmation and tracking emails will come from Shippit. Addresses with an Australian delivery address in a regional area are sent via Australia Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your address. All orders over $100 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. Please select this option at the cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. **Please note that free shipping offer does not apply to commercial quantities or wholesale orders**

Kia ora New Zealand and tēnā koutou for shopping with us. We ship from Australia to New Zealand three times a week and shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Sorry but we do not ship to other countries outside of Australia and New Zealand at this stage.

Please ensure you are requesting delivery to an address which is safe and where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed for on delivery Ecolateral can not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

If you are requesting delivery to a business address please include a business name.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an additional shipping charge will apply to resend the parcel. We will be in touch via phone call or email to discuss solutions with you.

All Ecolateral orders will receive an email confirming we have received the order. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. Sorry but we are unable to change your order once the confirmation has been sent.

It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on [email protected]. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

 

An additional cost may apply for any orders to areas outside of the Adelaide metropolitan centre for orders over 5kg in weight or large in size. We will contact you first to approve any additional charge.

Some heavy items may have an extra postage cost that is specified in the description of the product.
