It is very important to all of us at EcoLateral that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with something you bought from us we will gladly provide you with a refund
Changed your mind?
No problems! If the item you want to return is in the same condition as what it was when you bought it and hasn’t been used, or opened then all you need to do is:
- Send an email to us at returns at ecolateralgroup.com.au and request a return authorisation number
- Return the unused item in its original packaging to the address below. You’ll need to include the original packing slip or a copy of your tax invoice with the return authorisation number written on it. We can’t issue you a change-of-mind refund if you return the item and don’t have a return authorisation number.
With change-of-mind returns we don’t refund delivery fees and you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the items to us.
Please note that all change-of-mind returns must be returned to us in an unused resalable condition within 30 days of your purchase date.
We strongly urge you to return the item to us with tracking in case the item doesn’t arrive as we can’t be responsible for items that go missing before they get to us.
Once we have received your returned item we will process your return within 7 business days.
Something broken, faulty or doesn’t do perform as advertised?
We’ve got that covered too and want to work with you to ensure that the problem gets rectified ASAP.
Please note that we can’t provide a refund or exchange for general wear and tear on items or damage (accidental or deliberate) caused after you receive the item. Please be fair and don’t ask us to do this as we don’t like disappointing people by saying no.
Was your item damaged during transit to you?
Obviously we (and our delivery partners) take every care to ensure that your package arrives to you safe and sound. Occasionally something goes wrong and a package may arrive damaged. In these cases we will make every effort to get a replacement to you ASAP and at no cost to you.
What we need you to do in this case is CONTACT US ON 08 8333 3478 WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving an item which appears to be damaged during the delivery process. We will discuss the best options with you during that call.
